Long Trail Phase 3

Phase 3 is about strapping on the pack and spending time on my feet.  After the 50k I realized I need to spend some time walking and strengthening those different muscles.  This phase calls for a lot of miles, but I think most of them will be very slow.  I’ll be focusing on recovery, diet, and leg strength.  I’ve noticed that my hip flexors are one of my weaknesses so I’ll be working on that.
